Safechek © is a unique ‘camera-less vision' system suitable for inspection of closed pack contents and applications where conventional optical or checkweighing methods have proved unsuccessful. It's technology is revolutionary, using capacitance in an innovative way. Safechek ã builds up an image of the contents of a closed pack as it passes through an array of sensing elements. Conventional image processing tools are then applied to this information which enables the unit to detect a variety of errors. These include missing or incomplete products, incorrectly positioned components and other deviations from the acceptable standard. All this is possible through plastic, cardboard and single-sided foil packages.
